That’s why we created the Area Developer Program.
With the help of our independent product consultants (IPCs), Morinda is going to use this new program to aggressivley take its message to places we’ve never been before. And we’re going to offer limitless opportunity and accelerated business growth to every IPC who chooses to participate.
We’re going to extend Morinda’s reach farther and wider than ever before. We’re going to spread the message of TrūAge to new people in new places. Here’s why we’re excited about the new Morinda Area Developer Program.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

  1. Be an IPC in good standing with Morinda
  2. Be AutoShip qualified
  3. Be at least a personal paid-as Pearl three times during the qualification period*
*All qualification requirements are based on incrementally new volume. Morinda will determine the base line for each IPC based on an average of QV6,7 and 8 Personal and ASQV4 from January through June 2014.

WHAT DO I GET?

First, remember that there are two distinct steps in the AD program.
Step 1: Qualification—There are two ways to qualify as an AD.
A: Qualify as a personal paid-as Pearl with incremental volume above your baseline at least 3 times during the qualification period. An immediate qualification bonus of $5,000.00 will be granted.
B: Qualify as a personal paid-as Diamond Pearl with incremental volume above your baseline at least 4 times during the qualification period. An immediate qualification bonus of $25,000.00 will be granted.
Step 2: Earn Monthly Benefits
Once you qualify as an AD, even at the minimum entry level, you are an AD for life. This means you have earned the right to access special bonuses, incentives, recognition and income. Each of these benefits are based on meeting monthly qualifications. While you will retain the title of AD for life, this does not guarantee you any financial benefits beyond the qualification bonus.

AREA DEVELOPER PROGRAM DETAILS

  • All AD Benefits are paid in addition to normal comp plan earnings
  • Participation in the Bonus Pools begins the first month following qualification.
  • Spot Bonus paid with 3rd month qualification for AD, or 4th month for EAD.
  • Benefits are permanent as long as qualifications are maintained. There are no limits to the number of AD qualifiers from each target area.
  • Qualifiers never lose their AD status, but must maintain qualification to receive benefits—once qualified they may advance within that region to attain new levels of qualification and benefit regardless if the time has expired for that region.
  • Current and Active AD’s will be recognized at every Regional and Corporate Event.
  • Black Pearl Bonus benefits are paid to the qualifier only.
  • AD does not need to reside in the Area to qualify. AD’s Personally Sponsored Jades, Pearls must reside in the area to qualify—also, 100% of the volume to achieve the qualification levels must originate from the target area.
  • Earning a share of the BP bonus in the AD program requires maintaining the qualification for the entire 3 months of a calendar quarter. BP shares are paid quarterly in the month following the end of the qualification period, as we have done historically in this program. If an IPC Qualifies for all three months, but at diff erent levels they will be paid at the lowest level qualified.

FAQ

Q: Do I have to maintain the qualifications in consecutive months?
A: No. It can be non-consecutively.
Q: What is the baseline and how do I know what mine is?
A: We have taken your January to June 2014 QV6, QV7, QV8 Personal and ASQV4 average and have created a baseline. You can find it by logging into the back o ce of your Morinda.com account.
Q: What if I am already a Pearl. Do I automatically qualify?
A: No. You need to incrementally increase your volume above the baseline with volume from a designated area. If your baseline average is 24,000 QV6 Personal, you need to increase it to 48,000 QV6 Personal and have at least three new advancement Jades from that designated area.
Q: Can I qualify as an AD in more than one open area?
A: Yes. As long as the volume comes from the designated area, you can become an AD in all seven open areas.
Q: Can my incremental volume come from existing IPCs in my downline?
A: Yes. As long as you increase above your baseline average, it can come from new or existing IPCs.
