The AD Program has resulted in unprecedented growth and excitement as our partners have identified the unmatched and downright outrageous opportunity associated with earning the title of AD.
Today it is our great pleasure to announce two all-new enhancements to the AD Program that will give you even more incentive to qualify.
1. AREA DEVELOPER QUALIFICATION EXTENSION: So many people are moving heaven and earth to qualify for AD and Executive AD, and so we decided to give you a little more breathing room. Effective immediately, all you need to do is qualify once as a level one Area Developer before February 28, 2015. 2. 2015 TITLE BONUS: If you achieve full AD by April 30, 2015, or EAD status no later than May 31, 2015, then you may qualify to receive a second $5,000 or $25,000 AD Bonus by maintaining your qualifcation four times for AD and six times for EAD from June 1, 2015, to December 31, 2015.

Prejudging
As you go about building your business and getting ready for ILC, I want to challenge you to look again at anyone you may have dismissed for one reason or another
For those of you who do not know, I am well into my 30's and I am still single, having never been married. As you can imagine, I have been on a lot of blind dates in my time. In fact, at last count, I have been set up on over 250 blind dates. I wish I were exaggerating, but I am not.
I also realize that by sharing this information with a bunch of experts in networking, I have just opened up Pandora's Box.
However, I promise you that this is relevant to your business and your success, so I implore you to continue down this rabbit hole with me as I tell you about one blind date set up in particular.
Several years ago, at a family function, my aunt hesitantly approached me and asked if I was dating anyone at the time. I was not and told her so. She suddenly became very animated and excited as she started to describe a girl that she wanted to set me up with.
My aunt began by talking about how "sweet" and "nice" this girl was. She emphasized the "sweetness of her spirit" and the genuinely "kind" heart that she had. Each of these adjectives was a big, waving red flag for me. Now for those of you who are no longer in the realm of being single and dating, the words, "sweet", "nice", "kind", etc., are typically understood to be code words for "physically unattractive". When a single person hears a description of a potential date that includes everything but a physical description, the single person automatically assumes the worst. As my aunt continued describing this girl, my image of her was getting less and less desirable.
So when my aunt finally got around to asking if I would be willing to take this girl out, in my mind, I was all prepared to say no. But at the last second, I said yes. I agreed to take this girl out, despite the mental image that I had concocted. My aunt was very excited that I had accepted and immediately grabbed her husband to tell him about it. My uncle, once he heard that I had agreed, said, "Oh you've made a good choice...you wouldn't know it, but her family is probably the wealthiest family in our city. They are very humble about it."
Now, I'll admit, this prospect just became slightly more attractive, because who doesn't like the idea of getting in good with a wealthy family?
It was then that my aunt suddenly remembered something. She told me that I would have to take this girl out in the next two weeks, because after that, she wouldn't be available for a month or two. When I asked why, wondering what was taking this girl away for so long, my aunt replied:
"Because she will be busy competing in the Miss Utah Pageant"
This girl, whom I had been ready to dismiss completely and disregard from the start, happens to be a beauty pageant contestant. She had already won several crowns over the last few years, including the current crown for her county. I later found out she was quite brilliant in academics, generous to a fault, down-to-earth, and as my aunt described, one of the nicest people I have ever met.
And I almost said no.
A few weeks ago, I was on the phone with an IPC who wanted some advice and direction in building her business. We were discussing her means of communication with her team and with prospects, and that lead to me asking about her contact pool. She lamented to me that she had exhausted all of her warm pool and didn't know how to work with getting cold contacts or finding new people.
So, she and I started talking about her daily routine: the errands she ran, the places she went, the appointments she kept. I asked her as we went through each activity, "Who do you interact with? Who do you talk to?"
At one point she mentioned a gentleman that she sees on a regular basis. She actually brought him up a few times, including pointing out that he lived a few doors down from her on the same street.
I felt I should ask her more about this gentleman. I prodded her a bit and asked her some more about him. She answered with some vague generalities. I finally asked her directly, "Have you approached him about the business or the product?"
She said, "No, I'm pretty sure he couldn't afford it and isn't in a position to take this seriously. He lives in a pretty poor area."
I responded to her comment with, "But don't YOU live in that same area?"
At this she took pause. Then she started laughing and said, "I never even thought of that. I can't believe I dismissed him just because of where he lived."
We then went on and came up with a game plan to contact this man. I haven't heard yet whether or not he was receptive, but both she and I that day learned the importance of never pre-judging anyone. You just don't know until you find out for yourself if someone is a good candidate.

The winner of our Dream Vacation to Portugal is …
We’ve got video of our most recent Dream Vacation winner finding out the great news!
Morinda is truly a global company, and not just because we have offices and distributors all over the world. We’re also global because we are routinely sending people on Dream Vacations to a wide variety of exotic destinations, such as Portugal.
Back in September, we announced that a trip to Lisbon, Portugal was the prize for that month’s Dream Vacation contest. After the end of the month, a winner was chosen: Akane Konoshita from Japan!
Below is a video of Akane finding out the exciting news. When she showed up to the meeting the video was filmed during, she had no idea that she had already been selected as the winner!
So, congratulations Akane, and enjoy your trip to Portugal! As for everyone else, October 31 is the last day to enter for a free Alaskan cruise. International Leadership Conference—The biggest, boldest, beefiest event of them all—is just around the corner. Dream Vacation “beyond description,” says winner
Two IPCs had an unforgettable experience during their Alaskan cruise, and they’ve got the pictures to prove it!
Andreas Wintsch, an IPC from Muotathal, Switzerland, said he had always been intrigued with Alaska. So, when his personal sponsor Heidy Martin told him about the Dream Vacation contest, which happened to be giving away a free Alaskan cruise last June, he decided to enter.
Of course, the story doesn’t end there. Sure enough, while attending Morinda’s European Business Summit in Dublin last July, he was asked to come appear on stage. It was then that he found out he had won.
Naturally, when it came time choose who would be fortunate enough to go on the trip with him, Andreas chose Heidy, the very person that told him about the contest.
So, in late August the two flew to Seattle, Washington. It was the first trip to the United States for both of them. They fell in love with Seattle immediately, but their journey was only beginning! The two boarded their luxurious cruise ship, the Norwegian Pearl, and were thrilled to find out how much there was to explore.
They simply loved the tasteful interior design of the ship, the great entertainment, the exquisite selection of food, and the warmth of the sun on the upper deck. They even spotted a whale from up there.
After a full day at sea, the ship reached Juneau, the capital city of Alaska. There, Andreas and Heidy went on an excursion to discover the magnificent Mendenhall glacier in the nearby Tongass National Forest. According to Andreas, their hike through the stunningly scenic national park and their whale watching excursion in nearby Stephen’s Passage are things they will never forget for the rest of their lives.
There were lots of other highlights, such as the historic town of Skagway. They even rode the famous steam train of the White Pass and Yukon Route Railway and visited the Klondike Gold Fields, reliving the times of the gold rush. When the ship reached Glacier Bay, with its impressive glacier snouts reach down to the seas, Andreas and Heidy “couldn’t get enough of the mirror-like surface of the water strewn with dancing ice floes, and of the seals playing everywhere.” They certainly didn’t mind the cold! On their way back to Seattle, they explored Ketchikan and the beautiful town of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada, where they enjoyed a milder climate.
“We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Morinda for inviting us to the cruise of our dreams. It simply was beautiful beyond description!” they enthusiastically said.

AGE Awareness Day may have happened last June 21, but that doesn’t mean it’s okay to forget all about advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) until next June 21! Glycation is an important health issue that is gaining more and more recognition, and the AGE Foundation is doing its part to increase awareness.

Skin Inc. highlights the relationship between AGEs and skin quality
A publication for the professional skin care industry, Skin Inc. recently addressed AGEs in multiple articles.
The first article (“Clients With Tired, Puffy Eyes? Top Tips to More Youthful Eye Contours!”) urged skin care facility owners and managers to help clients reduce the amount of AGEs in their diets in order to reduce inflammation and thus improve the quality of their skin.
The next article (“What Does ‘Antiglycation’ Mean?”) explained the connection between glycation and a variety of skin disorders, and suggested that skin care professionals should have a working knowledge about glycation, in addition to discussing their clients’ lifestyles with them.
Lower AGEs to look and feel younger, media says
Gathering articles from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and South Africa, the AGE Foundation demonstrated how widespread and prevalent AGE awareness is.
Several of these articles addressed how lowering AGEs can help one look younger, while another article stated that limiting AGE intake can help ease joint pain from osteoarthritis.
Australian website says avoiding AGEs helpful in fight to stay youthful
In its article “How to stay youthful, inside and out,” Australian women’s news and lifestyle website Daily Life said that boosting our health on the inside can improve how we look on the outside.
One method the article gave for boosting one’s health and having younger-looking skin is to reduce the AGEs in our diet. That includes cutting back on food that is baked, fried, toasted or high in animal fat, among other things. As an alternative, the article recommended a Mediterranean- or Japanese-style diet.
AGEs may be responsible for causing peanut allergies
AGEs have been linked to a large variety of health issues, and now it appears that they may even be responsible for some food allergies, according to an article titled “Browned off” that appeared in The Economist.
The article was written about an Oxford University study in which mice were found to be more likely to develop a peanut allergy in response to dry-roasted nuts than in response to raw ones.
While the West and East Asia usually have similar food allergy statistics, peanut allergies are much more common in the West. The study claimed that this may be because dry roasting is much more common in the West than in East Asia. Dry roasting creates AGEs, and Oxford University researchers believe those AGEs can trigger peanut allergies.
Scientists confirm high-AGE diets lead to health problems
Scientists in Belgium conducted a review and confirmed that AGEs contribute to various health issues, according to a Food Consumer article (“Advanced glycation end products linked to chronic inflammation”).
The online food, diet and health news outlet noted that some of the health issues attributed to a high-AGE diet are chronic low-grade inflammation, as well as the increase of aging-related diseases like muscle wasting, kidney disease and diabetes mellitus. However, the article also noted that limiting the intake of AGEs may decrease inflammation and chronic diseases related to inflammatory status.

Hope that we can be engaged in a good cause, something greater than ourselves. Hope that we can be in some way lightens burdens of another. We provide the one thing that millions of people all over the world want, yearn for, and search for every single day, no matter who you are, we provide a message/opportunity of hope.
This to me gives us an advantage that not very many have. Many companies try to manufacture, create or even contrived hope, and it is so sad to watch. They desperately grab at straws because they know they offer little to no value to the marketplace. From the beginning our five founders have said they never want Morinda to be just another company, they wanted to have a vehicle that offers true value, with a pure vision. This is why no matter how many times people, companies, industries, or whoever takes a shot at us, we always rise above. It's the reason why we are seeing leaders returning. Morinda with all that we are doing, and consequently each of you as our business partners, are offering the world hope.
